SMS Terms & Conditions

How Our Text-Message Program Works

Effective date: August 20, 2026. What Lake View Dental texts you about, how often, what it costs, and how to stop or get help at any time.

What you are agreeing to

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Lake View Dental, the San Marcos, CA dental practice. You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box when you submit a request form on this website, or by texting the practice first.

When you opt in, we may text you about the inquiry you submitted: confirming we received your request, scheduling or confirming your appointments, answering the treatment questions you asked about, and following up on your request.

Consent to receive texts is optional and is never a condition of receiving care, an appointment, or any purchase. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply — check your mobile plan for details.

How to stop, and how to get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we send one final message confirming you are opted out, and nothing further. To rejoin, reply START or check the consent box on a new request.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or call the office directly at (760) 471-0475.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. How we handle your information — including phone numbers collected for SMS — is described in full in our privacy policy.
